Default 91 EF d15b cranks then idles then dies

Well long story short I'm letting the high compression em1 sit while I work on this old Ef, better gas mileage and classy, lol. Anyway me and my buddy bought the car from some obvious mentally ill people, because they caught the car on fire by relocating the battery to the back with 12v wire? Idiots... Anyway like I said crank the car and it idle for maybe a second or two then die sometimes it even does immediately, but once it warms up it starts right up BUT still idles kinda ruff, it doesn't have an intake manifold gasket which I'm in the way to pick one up but I'd like to know what else it could be its obviously leaking antifreeze. We just replaced the head gasket and when we to the head off there was antifreeze in the PISTON WALLS WTF LOL. So hurrah any help would help. Thanks.

Also would like to know where the iac valve is on these dual points

After cleaning the throttle body and inspecting the IAC, adjusting the idle screw may help.

Have you compression tested the cylinders?

Is the mechanical timing set correctly?

Ok bought the im gasket am it started up but idles kinda low so gonna adjust the throttle position sensor a little and we'll see what that does but other than that I'm alot happier than I was lol. But is antifreeze suppose to leak when I remove the intake manifold?
