Default More help with b20 engine

I read the posts of irev210 and bambam about the JDM B20 engines. The information is a little different to me, to make sure i recieve the right engine with 9.6:1 compression will it have a p75 or a p8r head and which intake long giraffe or the PHK with a grey plastic chamber on top. Bambam wrote the P8R head is 9.2:1. thanks for all your guys help

Theres no proof of either..

My B20B was the 9.2 with P8R head. There are others at 8.8 wth P8R head. I have yet to see a P8R longblock at 9.6. The 2 layer HG theory maybe be on a P8R, but the P8R HG's if purchased are all 3 layer.

The 9.6 is the B20Z that has a knock sensor.

Manifold designs are all over the place with B20's from Japan since they are used in so many cars.
