how much do you estimate for a '97 one?
It has no mechanical problems. everything stock except the new cd player, and new rims.
130k Mi. manual. only driven for weekend travel.
it's $2300. What cha think?

97 what? What model Accord? What motor? What package? Come on, if you want us to give you informed answers please ask some more refined questions.
If the body is in fair condition and like you said nothing mechanically wrong that you need to immediately fix and it has decent mileage 2300 sounds fair. I would say somewhere between 2000 and 2300, depending on if there's anything that needs your immediate concern or not.
KBB - pricing
NADA - pricing
Black Book - pricing
CARFAX - accidents/history
Mods do not add to the price of a vehicle, if someone spent $2k on wheels/tires that does not mean add $2k on top of the price of the car.
