FS/FT 2004 WRX STI trade for RSX TypeS????

Up for sale is my 2004 SUBARU WRX STI
Change of plans looking to buy a house. Paint is in GREAT condition no scratches or swirls. Has few minor mods that were on it when i bought from Dealership
77k miles on it I only work two miles away from home so regular daily driving
COBB Intake
COBB Downpipe
DC Sports Exhaust nothing too loud
Touchscreen dvd player
Short throw shifter not sure brand
I believe it has a turbo xs BOV
NO leaks
NO Grinds
Smooth ride
Tires Newer
Asking price is starts at $18000
Open to trades, I do owe about a little under 10k so the trade would be taking over the payments and something around that value

Letting someone 'take over payments' is very bad, for you.
Your name is on the original loan and the bank won't recognize anyone else's name.
If something happens to the car, and the car is upside down YOU are the one that the bank forces to make up the difference. Then you won't be able to make the buyer complete your arrangement, they'll just walk away.
If someone is injured and medical bills exceed the amount of ins coverage, your name is a target, for the lawyer.
