90-91 SI Cluster and Hood Into an 88-89 SI chassis. Is there a known DIY?
Hey guys, so I picked up a 90-91 Crx gauge cluster and hood, complete with the switches for the 90-91 but no pigtails on the hod switches.
Ive been searching for a DIY for the swap but cannot find one that is know working and proven for going from SI to SI. All threads say this wire or that wire is wrong.
My crx is converted to RHD but an 89 EF7 Crx Si dash harness was used and is unmodified running a stock 89 Si (but japan Si) cluster.
Is there a definitive known proven how to on this swap??
Also for the switches, I have seen almost zero talk on them or getting them working. Is the dimmer hard to wire? I do have the factory hazard switch above the steering column, so I may not need to wire the hazard, but is it difficult?
