Default Block Guard?

Hey guys i am building my b18c Dc2 Engien whit this part:

Wiesco 13:00 kompression, i-beam light wait rods, skunk2 pro 2cams, complete supertech titanium valve train, hytech manifold, Jenvey 48mm jenvey throttle bodies, some other "good stuff"

And my question is whether I should, use a block guard or not, if my motor maybe is going to take about 9500rpm? And can my sleeves keep together whit so "many" Rpm?
And what block guard what should I youse?
And i have heard that block guards maybe can give some heating problems?

I'm sorry if my English isn't too good. I Come fro Denmark
