Well I've had this for a short while, but just throwing the idea of getting something different. Definitely in no rush to get rid of it whatsoever. I am the third owner.

Previous owner worked at a Honda dealer has done all the scheduled maint. last major service was the 60k service. He had it since 10k.
All power options work great sunroof, windows, defrost, cruise, P/S and A/C.
Tires in great shape. I got it aligned to make sure everything was good about a month ago.

NO RUST
I use to work at O'Neill Honda and have a habit of replacing all the fluids once I get a new car so in the last month:
Fresh oil change with mobil1 synthetic
Transmission fluid (Honda mtf)
Brake fluid. Also inspected the brakes and they looked good (Honda fluid)
Clutch fluid (Honda fluid)
Air filter looked fine
Everything else under the car looked good no consumption of oil, seeps or leaks whatsoever of any fluids.

The only aftermarket parts that are installed:
Carbon fiber hood
Eibach sportline springs. Comfortable ride and not too low.
6000k low beam HIDS
Tuner lug nuts. Will come with a set of original lug nuts.

The bad:
Dings throughout vehicle. All PDR work nothing major.
Drivers seat has small tear on bolster
Driver floor mat "civic si" stitching coming up
