It was running just fine till yesterday, now it wont start or crank. When I turn the ignition it just makes a humming noise by the upper right dash.. i think its the pgm-fi relay. if i take that out the noise stops but i don't know how to test that component.

any advice or maybe even some step by step help?

also tried to use jumping cables, it didnt do nothing.

 

Could have been the PCM too, this manual is hard to read for me.
