it depends on what you want to do with the car.... hardcore racing then I would go with the coilover... I was || this close to get the spring but I am glad that I got the apexi coilover.... much more to do with it that springs and you can play around with different setting. Beside you can always convert back to stock in the winter with stock suspension (epectially if you live in a place with lots of snow... like me)

what do u want from the car?? are you going to be track racing or just street driving? If you are gonna keep it on the street, or just an occassional track day, just get springs and save yourself some loot. I rock the H&R Sport springs on the stock shocks and they feel nice...slightly lower but very stock ride. I wouldnt hesisitate to take them out on the track a few times, but if I was gonna race more or competitively, Id opt for a full coilover set up so you can make adjustments and try different settings as needed.
I have tein HA with pillow ball mounts in the front and cornered balanced the car and it feels great. I set my levels soft for street. if your going to lower the car just save your money and get coil overs, but make sure you also have a camber kit, cause that was my problem after I put in that kit in my R.

looks nice as is i think.
but ... if you must lower it or stiffen up your ride, maybe some Tein or Apex'i, i hear they are pretty good. can't go into specifics.

what about spoon lower springs?
they supposed to lower only like 20mm and they worked on stock itr shock dampering right?
will it still wear out stock shocks faster?

get jic gotta go with the magic, they have one major advantage over tein, the shaft is much thicker, so in heavy cornering the tein shaft will tend to flex and the jic wont.
