Hey guys. I wanna see what kind of grease people think is the best. I'm looking for something that will not dry and stay on as long as possible. I bought silicone grease and white lithium grease. Which grease is better? Or do some of you recommend another type of grease. Thanks for the tips.

 

are you talking about grease for your suspension parts?? If so I use some Mobil 1 stuff I found in my garage. The stuff is bright red...works fine so far..

 

Really depends on the application. Different parts require different greeses.

 

mainly for multi-purpose... for example, lubricating doors, hinges, power window tracks... etc.

 

Speaking of grease, what kind of grease do people put on battery terminals? Is that just any regular grease? (Sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread, but it kinda got me thinking)

 

for the battery, kragen sells a little packet for .99 just for the battery terminal. I dunno what kinda grease is that but it says its for battery terminals... maybe back to my topic...

 

does that prestone silicone lubricant dry up after time? Because its a hassle for me to take out my door panel to lube the power window tracks
