sparkplug wire stck

spark plug wires pull out ripped because melt then porseln broke off and wire plastic melted down in there
whats best to get it out and if crumbles get in the hole will that stuff burn off the rubber...?

Long screwdriver and/or metal coat hanger is what I've used in the past.

Some long needle nose pliers is what I always used when I had to rip cheap, busted plug wires out of customer cars.
