Recently my civic rear drum brake keeps locking up. Just the right one. I've taken it apart and reassemble it, but still no luck. I adjusted the gear all the way in so the shoes wouldn't touch. Drive it for a day or two and I can feel the rear brake tight against the drum. Jack the car up and I can't even spin the wheel. And I did release the e-brake.

Any suggestions or comments would be great.

Year model mileage type of brakes repair history and any additional info will be helpful.
Have you pulled the drum?

 

1998 Honda Civic hatchback dx model
shoes still look good. Maybe they are warped?

 

Check for a pinched or clogged brake line running to the right rear wheel.

My tahoe did that. Ended up that the assembly was not lubricated. Have you lubed yours up? But ao check lines might be clogged or pinched
