Default no power to my ecu

I have a 2000 honda accord v6 coupe auto. Need help Im not getting power to my ecu .. change the main relay . Bought a new battery check if the fuses were burned and they werent burn .. motor cranks but the fuel pump doesn't activate. .. need help. Cant think of anything else it can be ??? Also took it to the dealer and they dont know what is it. ????

How did you determine the pcm is not getting power?
How did you test fuses?
Have you checked the ignition switch?
