help! broken belt random bolt

i got a b20 vtec ek in a trade and yesterady my ac belt broke, but i also found this bolt underneath the car. does anyone know what this goes too? did that have anything to do with the ac belt breaking?

That looks kinda like the alternator adjustment bolt from a 2001-2005 Civic.
