for anyone that wants to put a b18a tb on a d16a6 manifold...
...it won't work.
After reading many threads about swapping the d-series tb with a b-series tb, I decided to go ahead and do mine since when I let off the throttle and want to push it again, it gets stuck. So I went to the junkyard and couldn't find a 90-91 teg but I found a 92. I took the iacv to replace my faulty one (doesn't fit, took a chance), and the tb, which looked pretty much identical. I got myself a 92-93 b18a tb gasket and got started. When I tried to put it on, the bolt holes didn't align at all. I couldn't even just use 2 bolts. So I ended up taking my d16 tb apart and cleaning it, used the b18 gasket since mine was screwed upon removal, now I have a leak and the tb still sticks...talk about wasting time and money! I have an empty y8 manifold laying around I think I'm just gonna use that..
