Default bogging down when I first start my car

So iv had a hell week my car needed a new distributor I was a shitty day. Any ways the car was running great. This morning I went to turn it on and it was pretty cold but it wouldnt until I open the throttle full the car would turn on but die if I would give it gas.i would have to turn the motor on let it sit for ten minutes then I could give it gas with out it dying. Any one have an idea they could help me solve the problem. Spark plugs arent soaked every thing seems to be plugged in coolant temp switch.

So it ran fine after you replaced the distributor or just before? Did you set your timing and firing order correctly?

drive it, let it cool, take out the sparkplugs and check their colour. their condition will help you make sure your engine is fuelled properly (not running rich/lean)

Yeah check your plugs like he said ^
Is the distributor actually new or rebuilt? I had bought a rebuilt one a while back and I had to exchange it for another it hardly sparked on startup. They say they test them but I think its a hit or miss with them honestly.
