Act or compitition clutch.. couple of the best... and i don't think its your pilot bearing. It wouldn't squeal It'll chatter if anything. I think its your clutch slave sqeeking hen u push in your clutch. That nhing major u can run it like that or could be your throw out bearing

I never said I didn't find anything, I was wondering of a preferred brand and what's more dependable. And I suspected the pilot bearing because it squeals and stops when I press the clutch.

I don't think this^ is consistent with a bad pilot bearing. It sounds more like a transmission bearing problem.

^ Or a bad throw out bearing will cause this. Either way, the trans has to come out to check either possibility.

ISB like ron said sounds more like the kulprit. Noise with your foot off the pedal is the ISB, noise once you are on the pedal is TOB.

The ISB will also cause noise while you are moving in gear.

yeah like psychoteen said, the trans has to come out either way, and ill replace it all then anyways. but i read some reviews on exedy, ill probably go with them unless i find another decent brandand while im at it im gonna look for a lightweight flywheel as well. thanks.

The point is that your clutch/flywheel may be fine and the problem instead likely lies inside the transmission.

The symptoms point to the ISB and not the TOB.
Like the OP said, the noise stops once he pushes the pedal to the floor. the TOB would cause noise under those conditions.

OP please post a video if you can, that will give us a better indication of what exacty is happening.

Exedy is what I would suggest. it's essentially honda OEM. That or a stage 1.
