Default Car not well after CV Axle replacement

I changed my CV axle today and everything went well, except when I started driving it. While driving, the car bounces up and down on the passenger side (the side with the replaced axle). When I parked the car, that same side seems to be lower than the driver's side (when I look behind the wheel the upper control arm is higher than the other side).
When I changed the cv axle I did jack up the lower control arm quite a bit so I could get the ball joint loose, which may have done some damage. I'm just not sure if it's the strut that's messed up or one of the control arms, or possibly something else. Any ideas?
