Ok, so I've got a 95 civic dx hatch with a jdm h22a swap and dc dash swap. Problem I'm having is I'm throwing code 15 for ignition problem and basically I'm looking for a way to solve it. Word is the dizzy is pretty new but idk

 

Does it start, run, and drive?

If you reset the ECU, does code 15 return?

 

Yeah it runs and drives every once in awhile it won't start for me but I let it sit for a whole it starts rite back up and I changed the rotor last night cause it was fried started the car today and it didn't Have a cel for the first 30 secs of running then came back on and it always come back on

Have AutoZone test the igniter unit.

Resistance test the coil. Click the spark link in my signature.

 

Ok, so here's what's going on. I drive it and it likes to sputter and buck cutting out. So I checked the cap and rotor and needed a rotor so I changed it and then it wouldn't start but I tried this morning fired rite up no problem. Test drove it and had no issues. Then went to take off again get out on the highway drove 30 miles ish and started bucking and cutting out again and then died and got it started a few times but couldn't keep it running and now just won't start what so ever. Help please is my daily

I just said car won't start how they gonna check anything if I don't have the car down there

 

^Think outside the box.

The coil and igniter unit can be removed from the distributor.

Use a multimeter to test the coil.

Take your bike or have a buddy drive you to AutoZone.

 

Would bad spark such as a fucked rotor and or cap cause the issue also? Another thing my tach bounces around aimlessly but if I don't throw the code it's fine
