FS 2003 Jetta Wagon in CT
I know its a long shot but I'm posting my old daily up for sale. Its a Jetta GLS Wagon, 2.0, automatic. Has 184k on the clock now, got her in the high 171's, did the timing belt and water pump when I first got it. Alternator was replaced around 177k. Its been good to me as a stout daily driver, power everything with tons of storage space, but I got myself an accord now with low miles. Clean title in hand.
The interior shows signs of use, theres some burn marks in the drivers seat, center console armrest was glued on, stupid stuff that I never cared about but someone might. The body has the normal pings and dings in the doors, however the rear bumper was replaced and never sprayed, but a raw black bumper on a black car never really screamed "fix me!". Theres also a dent in the passenger side rocker panel, again I didn't really care about it.
Additional features listed for the car:
- Cruise control
- Power Windows
- Power Door Locks
- Dual Front and Side Airbags
- 4 wheel ABS
- Air Conditioning
- CD Player
- Moonroof
Now there is a check engine light, one for ECT and one for a catalytic convertor. I've already purchased the ECT, its sitting on my old mans tool box, obviously I'll include that. If you know someone at a shop, and most people on here do, the cat is $300 from autopart international with a warranty. I just wont dump any money into a car I am not driving.
Price: Looking for $2500 firm, please don't insult my intelligence and tell me how much your boy said its gonna cost to fix any flaws in the body. I know body work, I know prices of ****, I won't fall for it. Car is already priced below blue book due to the catalytic convertor. So if someone fixed the rocker dent and painted the bumper, a few hours worth of time and maybe 100 bucks in paint, replaced the cat. You'd have a car worth around the 3300-3500 range.
On to some pics!
