Default CEL code 3 prob

1989 civic 4 door
obd1 b18 swap

I was fixing some hoses on the intake manifold. Drove it off and it was running like crap.
I was looking at my fuel pressure guage it was jumping up and down like crazy.
Kept stalling. Checked for codes and it was this code 3. AKA map sensor...
Somehow when i was messing with the hoses i accidently disconnected my map sensor.

I replaced it with a known good working one and connected. Runs fine like before but code it still there.
Tried resetting the ecu like 3 times.
Could this be a prob ?

I was googling and there saying just wait a day and reset the ecu. which im going to do tomorrow if it goes away.
Cars runs fine, fuel pressure is good, idle good also.
