Myths about 00-01 H23a PDE heads
there is absolutely no porting on those heads and the only difference is the casting under the intake ports (look at the IM gasket)

I have done my homework... the PDE head seems to have a smoother casting in the runners on the intake side.
PDE heads also have a different valve angle, slightly better for performance.
I have told my machinist to do a 3 angle valve job on my PDE heads, he looks up spec to H22 and finds out it is slightly different once he gets into doing the work...

the same myth went around about f20 heads years ago which is not true either. nothing special about them . actually they have a smaller intake valve so for building a bigger motor not what you want.
