I have a 1993 Honda Del Sol Si 1.6L. I was trying to replace my O2 sensor when i noticed that my manifold was cracked. The exhaust is all original so i would like to replace the whole thing from the header to the exhaust tip, it's about time. I would like to put a header and a performance exhaust system, but have no idea what will work best for what i want. I want better performance, better fuel economy and a better sound. I would like a deeper sound, but i DO NOT WANT IT SOUNDING LIKE A FART PIPE or have the drone sound at highway speeds. I'm also on a budget, so any ideas will be appreciated.

 

If u'r in cali, make it cali-street legal and that will save you from a bunch of problems, but might sacrifice your wants for performance though. Trust me I know what I'm talking about

I live in Texas so don't have the problems that people in Cali have. I have search this form for some answers but when i search exhaust it comes up with everything not just exhaust. I have looked through a lots of pages and haven't found my answers.
