I've been doing a bunch of work on a 00 DX, and the last thing that the guy wants is an armrest.
I've got a 99 LX, and it's got the armrest/cubby center console (which is what he wants).

Will a 00 LX console just drop in? When I pulled the console on this guys 00 DX to do the shifter boot, it was just two screws in front of the seats and the whole rear center console just slid back and popped up. I'm hoping it's the same attachment and pretty much a stock parts swap.

drops right in.....im not sure but i think the armrest has 2 more screws in the back portion but its just a simple bracket bolted to floor

 

it does, move the bracket to his car.
