I was heading home in my 91 EX when during a 1/4 mile uphill heading to a freeway entrance, my car starts bogging a little bit when I step on the gas. Granted I work early in the mornings but this happened twice in the day: In the afternoon and late last night. Is this a fuel pump problem or is it just moisture in the tank?

 

It could not be getting enough fuel. Replace the fuel filter cap and rotor at least.

Moisture in the tank is usually caused from never actually filling it full and from using cheap fuels. (cheaper stations)

I've actually been guilty of doing both. It could not be the fuel filter because that was replaced less than four months ago.

When u say cap n rotor, u mean for the dizzy?

Update: replaced cap and rotor. Still bogs. Any ideas?
