2004 Honda Civic DX Engine Noise, Need ideas before i go to a shop!

I have a 04 civic with some engine noise, mainly happens when under a load but doesn't have to be. I have recorded a video for refrence! If anyone has any ideas on this please let me know, I'm a diy kinda person but know nothing about newer cars so any help is appreciated.

Oh and I checked the heat shield and everything in this car is stock except the radiator.

Check underneath the heatshield over the exhaust manifold. Look along the manifold for cracks, because it sounds like an exhaust leak.
