hey guys so i have some extra money really want to invest in some wheels what are some good choices for me?

2000 civic sedan white
lowered 1.8in
currently running hx wheels.

interested in some
konig rollers 16x7.5 anyone have experience with these?
whats a good setup that looks good

price range: isnt really a issue but mainly some wheels under $1k

 

Who are you building the car, us or for you? If you are building it for me, I'd like to see some volk te37 or regamaster evos. If you are building it for you, look inside of yourself and think what wheels do I want to see everyday, then buy those.

 

there are alot of choices out there just curious to see what people think are attractive i named all the specifics above price etc

and like i said interested in some konig rollers want to see if anyone has experience with these.

 

if you have a G to spend buy some real wheels.

 

what are real wheels? this is what iam asking what wheels are attractive to you guys list some so i can look them up is it really that hard?

 

Authentic JDM wheels: ie: SSR, Work, Racing Hart, Sprint Hart, Advan, 5Zigen etc....

If you don't know what real wheels are then you should just stick with replicas

Not real wheels.

everyone has there own opinion on real wheels, i mean a steel wheel with a hub cap some consider a real wheel, well because it is. you mean a real brand/manufacture

ok ive looked into those didnt really see anything catch my eye. is there a certian one you like?

out of those i like the work equip 03's pretty nice wheel

what model of those do you like the best?

i can name off brands all day long to but whats a certian wheel andm model you guys like out of those?

 

Classic wheels that never go out of style, volk te37, regamaster evo, spoon sw388, advan rg, mugen mf10, mugen m7, volk re30, Enkie rpf01. And I don't want to type anymore

All the manufactures make a variety of sizes and offsets. Normal civic size is 15x7 +32\+42
16x7 +32/+42

If you want the "stanced" look go for advice somewhere else, I like proper fitting wheels

 

then dont post its that easy.....maybe easier said then done

OP, this is purely opinion "what should I get?" Find wheels in your budget that you like, and buy them, or save up for real wheels, and buy them, as you have to live with them. It is that simple. It is YOUR car, regardless of what people think, **** talking, etc., get what you want. If it is that hard of a choice, find the two you like the most and flip a coin.

This is an appearance/cosmetic section, but this is way too vague and you are asking US to ultimately make a choice for you. If there were questions for differences in wheels regarding quality, construction, forged vs cast, etc., it may be a different story, but this is purely just on looks. All of your questions can be answered in a simple google search as well as taking some time to really think about what YOU want, as none of us here will see your car or drive it everyday. We can suggest wheels and brands until a zombie apocalypse happens, but we aren't buying wheels for your car, you are.

As for the request on what others like... it has been mentioned several times in this thread, that you should probably be purchasing based on your own tastes.
