Default Heater core hoses?

Hey guys. I'm in the process of finding all the parts I will need to complete my swap/build on my eg sedan. I pulled the heater box out of my car and plan to replace the heater core (for preventative maintenance) and I wound up destroying the in and out hoses since they were seized on the pipes. I have checked the oem parts website and I can't find any diagrams that have the hoses listed. I checked rockauto.com, but they have quite a few results listed and I don't want to wind up with some unmolded hoses or the wrong ones. OEM part numbers would suffice, or part numbers to a specific website with these would be great as well (wanting to save as much money as possible).

Also, does anyone have an idea of what to do to keep the hoses from seizing to the pipes? I thought about putting vaseline around the outside of the pipes or something similar...

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

Online dealership. You can use it to buy (decently priced) OEM parts, or at least find part numbers and diagrams. I use it on a regular basis.

That site was considerably more helpful. I got the OEM part no.'s I needed for the hoses AND for the brakes. Definitely gonna use that site more often now.

You can also find part numbers through http://www.rockauto.com. Cross reference multiple part numbers through Google, RA, HAP, and Amazon, and you can pretty easily find the best price on parts. I had to order new parking brake cables, ended up going with Doorman cables off Amazon. It's all about knowing what you need and what companies make good replacements, then finding the best price.

OEM hoses are cheaper and better, surprisingly enough. You can buy little screwdriver handled hook tools to work stuck hoses off with, or just use a sharp razor knive and cut the old hoses off. I'd use a pure silicone grease (not petroleum based) wherever rubber is concerned.
The heater core pipes are one step above tin foil, very fragile. Don't try to twist those hoses off with pliers, or even your hands.
