Hey what sup guys, just want to know if there are any turbo kits/custom kit fitments out for the new civic si yet.. ?

im talking the 2013 model, still new and would imagine there aren't much yet, if there are awesome..

i didnt know he was referring to a website, i thought he meant only full race turbo setups are available as of yet... you guys are quick to assume. just wanted to know if their are any out there is all. ill check it out thanks.

Wow.. 2012 and 2013 is the same chassis. The main thing is that the engine is the same. Maybe there are minor adjustments for the I/C piping due to the front bumper change, but my guess is any changes would be minor if any are needed at all.

But, if you can't figure that much out then we can't help you. Learn about your car before you even think about turboing.........

that is correct - the full-race kit will fit 2012, 2013 civics and also ILX

 

Yeah I have a 2012 SI sedan and I just seen a 2013 SI 2 dr. And they are the exact same car only difference is the front bumper the spoiler and the trunk everything power train is the exact same engine tranny. Even the interior is the same so there should be alot of companies coming out with performance parts soon and that full race kit is pretty sweet I have been thinking about getting it for my car.

 

No it is not the same, backseats and a few other items are the only thing thats the same.

 

The front seats are the same the dash is the same the center console the shifter all of it is trust me I just seen one today and it all looked the same as my car dude

 

Part numbers don't lie

 

Then you have obviously never worked in a parts store see I work for Advance Auto Parts and we get what they call superseded part numbers all the time. A company will take one of their parts do something stupid like put thread sealer on it and give it a totally different part number but it is still the exact same part just one has thread sealer the other one doesn't so yeah sometimes part numbers do lie. I promise you look it up sometime.

 

Lol, no I don't work at a "Parts Store" I work at a parts department at a Honda dealer. Yes I am familiar part # supersessions.

 

And there are alot of changes, all A,B,C pillars, headliner & visors are all black now. They also change the dash and door panels, added some "soft touch" materials to them to it doesn't feel like a cheap deawoo interior.

 

This is correct. I own a 2012 and have sat in the 2013 at the dealership. Interior is mostly the same but a few major changes did occur.

That was part of what i wanted to know, if there was a difference between '12 and '13 since it looks kind of different including the front..

 

I have to agree with this guy I just bought a 2013 si sedan first in arizona so proud had it custom made to fit me but stock it is amazing pree ordered it 5 months ago worried about what it was going to look like but when it got here my thoughts changed quick the drive the handling the sound the interior huge changes from the 2012 I,v put omost three thousand miles on it and when I stop driving it I don't want to get out so to who ever was saying the changes were small there not you must have just looked at it for a quick second should have taken it for a test drive
