The only trannys that came stock with LSDs that fit the d series engines is the ZC trans. you can get a new aftermarket LSD to fit the Si trans, or possibly get extremly lucky and find one someone else did this to. I've been told you can tell if a trans has LSD by pulling both axles out of the tranny case, and look in the hole where they go. If you see daylight from one hole to the other, you're peg-legging. If you can't see through, you've got LSD.
I've heard that the best setup is to get a ZC trans W/ LSD and put the final drive gears from an SI trans into it. that gives you good gearing, LSD, and equal length axles.

you can use 90-93 teg axles with the ZC trans. the ZC trans also uses an intermediate shaft which can be sourced from a number of hondas (i don't remember which exact ones, so i won't say).
