New guy on the block
Got a problem with intermittent fuel flow on my sons 94 civic 1.5 L DX.
I did all the checks from fuses (ECU & ACG) to main relay and also checked ECU A7/A8 to main relay continuity is all good.
I got to the part that pin A 27 neg - to A 7 Pos + is there voltage for 2 seconds and I do. It is a solid 12 vdc forever now the book says replace ECU with known good ECU.
And yes I can force the Fuel Pump to work by jumping terminals 5 to 7 on main relay and it pumps fuel like crazy and pressure is great.
1) My question is if anyone knows what causes the voltage to stay high on the ECU ?
2) Can I change a component in the ECU ?
3) Or should I check something else before changing ECU ?
??? ANY IDEAS ???

First, WELCOME to H-T! I'm sure that all of your honda problems will be given the utmost attention and best advice we can possibly give to save you $$$$$.
Second, hate to break some bad news to ya, but you'll probably get better advice from the civic people as this is an accord part of the forum.
Third, which manual are you using? I say go with a HAYNES manual. Literally, it is THE standard of all manuals out there. Even seasoned pros use Haynes.
Last but not least, be very careful when messing around your ECU. When in doubt, do as the Romans do and buy a spare ECU (if you can spare the extra dough) to play around with before messing with the real thing.
Otherwise, I sincerely wish you all the best in your quest for the ever-elusive ECU us Honda owners always have.

As for manuals, I always get manufactures shop service manuals for the year model I'm working on because the rest have to much junk to weed through.
As for the Romans, I'm not sure how they roll, but if the buy two ECU's when they only needed one. I now understand
