Default 2001 Honda Accord V6 trans fluid leak

I have a 01 Accord V6 and my driver axles has a trans fluid leak. Is this something that happens because of wear or is there another issue that has caused this. I took it to the dealership and tech moved my axle up and said that their was an internal issue. The tranny does shift fine, will there be any other signs if the of an issue?

Sometimes the axle seals just leak. Sometimes something else is causing it. As a guess without actually being there it sounds like you might have a bad differential bearing.

Okay but wouldn't I have other signs if it was that? Besides the leaky seal is there anyway I can do any type of testing to see?
