I probably forgot some stuff and will update if I did.
The issues with the car are as follow; the passenger axle sometimes "pops" but I have a replacement axle to give to the new buyer. The second is it leaks a small amount of oil in the corner where the block meets the head. Most likely it is either the cam cap, distributor o-ring, or v-tec solenoid gasket. It isn't too much hence why I haven't replaced it. The ABS and SRS light are both on, the SRS is due to seat and the ABS code could be ran to help narrow that down. The car no longer has the sticker bomb lip but the lip has seen better days. The car has minimal dings as to be expected with a car this age.
I have only driven it about 1,xxx miles since last January and I am tired of just not being able to enjoy it as I seem too busy.
$11,999
All things considered and since the problems should be an easy fix for those who have the time, I feel this more than a fair price for a 3rd owner ITR with such low miles but I'll entertain reasonable offers. There is a lien on the title through my local credit union.

Those cons sounds a bit bad.. I had leakage from those areas that you're mentioning and it was a quick fix but the leak wasn't near where the head meets the block. It was more towards where the valve cover and head meet. Yours could be a head gasket problem. That being said.., nice ITR ( without the lip ).
The leak is in a typical Honda area which is fixed by replacing said items.
In regards to the lip, the stickers have been removed
.
Thank you for the bumps!

I hope it isn't, either it'll sell or I'll keep modding it.
Thank you.
I need a DSLR to take some decent pictures.
The car starts and drives like normal so unless you planning on racing all the way home, one should be OK
.
Thank you.

I fixed the issue w/the vtec and updated the price! I don't need to sell but if it does then awesome!
