my 94 EG8 sedan is having problems starting.. i have to push in the gas to make it start idk what it is also i hear a rattling sound under the car but dont no where it comes from. im rollin on a d series vtec engine with a AEM carb legal intake i recently just did the swap and also the check engine light comes on from time to time especially every morning when its cold but after the car is warmed up i turn it off and turn it back on the light does not come on. can someone shed some light on this or point me in a direction... Also i no this is dumb but does anyone know how to paint a tow hook mines gold but im thinking of painting it black but idk if i should plasti dip or sand it or idk plz help

 

Lol, the towhook question totally just chased away many people to help you.
Did you plug the correct intake sensors into the AEM intake?
Legit AEM's should have the slots for intake sensors.

If you want to do your towhook, you can do what you want with it.
Primer+paint+clear rattle can or with a gun
Plasti dip
powdercoat.
it's all in the prepwork

 

do you have a stock exhaust? if you do check your catalytic converter might be bad a lot of carbon deposits can turn into little bitty rocks and can cause it to rattle. Had the same problem...
Do you have a cel code?
