I'm interested to maximize my naturally aspirated engine,
I use it almost only on the track, I'm not interested in the low and medium rpm, always on the track need power at high rpm

you want the "best" you get something made for your setup. even the magnus manifold you posted earlier is custom to a degree.
you want something off the shelf that will perform well on majority of cookie cutter setups start looking into the skunk2, blox, godspeed, etc. manifolds. they're all the same thing. then there's the edelbrock victor x that performs well on big displacement, high revving engines.
why not look into itb's?

For road racing you want top end power, so probably PerformerX, or VictorX if you are way over 1.8L in displacement. Maybe look into ITBs or custom manis.
with big cams and lose forged pistons he's not passing emissions anyway
victor x is probably the better off the shelf 10,000 rpm manifold. ITB's or custom manifolds can get better but it's all about what you want to spend
NA hondas are so expensive to make any power with. always money ahead just building for a turbo out of the gate.
