My 97 Accord F22B2 now idles and warms like the day i got it. Probably even better. Cleaned the IACV (pretty nasty looking and the screen was full of gunk because the previous head had major blow by) and tightened down the FITV (which was three and a half turns out). No more Sputtering and near-death choking at a warm idle, doesnt rev so high when warming up, and idles at the proper RPM.
