Allright , so i have an lsvtec on my 2000 civic runing on a p28 and my cel light is on throwing code10 which is IAT, the sensor is new wires are pluged in right i have no idea why its still on need help !

 

what engine harness are you using?

 

Using a civic si obd2b harness

 

i think on those harness the intake air temp sensor is on the intake pipe not the manifold. so if you look at the harness probably close to the MAP or TPS plug should be a black square plug with two wires (Green and Red) this plug looks like no other plug in the engine bay. Cut the plug off and wire a circle style 2 wire plug and make sure you extend the wire depending how far the factory IAT is on the manifold and that should solve your problem.
