90 civic lx.. help, power seat belts wont work

90 civic lx.. help, power seat belts wont work
I have a 90 civic lx sedan. and in the process of trying too figure out why my key wouldnt come out of ignition. i ended out arcing a wire and now the seat belts dont work... the 2 wire thing on ignition with 2 wires , 1 blue W\ white and 2 white W\ blue.... any ideas guys??? ive checked fuses and over looked things, they still dont work... please help guys

is the 2 wire thing on lower ignition a door dinger or what?? is there a fuse? somthing ties in with seat belts that i accidently fucked up..... any ideas are greatly appreciated

can anyone help me???? please... my dad needs his seatbelts back asap. if he gets a ticket then its $500 he cant afford .... please help me guys
