Default Colored lugs?

What up people.

Gonna take the hubcaps off my car pretty soon. I really dont want to throw almost 600 bucks away on rims. Im probably gonna ride around on the steelies but I was wondering what you guys think of throwing some colored lugs on there?

Im thinking something like this.

Would like pretty cool on there.

Are those the right size?

You cannot use conical taper lug nuts on Honda factory wheels, without the use of adapters. Honda factory wheels require ball seat lug nuts.

So, in short, you cannot use those.

Save up for wheels first, then go head and buy some lugnuts.. ugly steelies with colored lugnuts is not going to look good!

Dang that was quick.

Alright I guess I'm gonna have to look around. I really cant find anything cheaper than around 600 for a set of rims. Im really not even looking at anything expensive, just some basic black rims.

What kind of budget are you looking to spend?

I was really looking for anything around 500-600 MOST.

Not much of a tuner, just the average guy looking for something to replace these horrific hub caps.

Are you looking to re-use your stock tires, or go with a larger wheel and replace the tires all-together? Because, to be honest, there are several options out there for less then $600 shipped if you just want to re-use your stock tires. But, replacing the wheels and tires with a larger size will require more money, unless you purchase second-hand.

I've actually been looking for a new set of tires.

But for now I'm just looking for rims. I could always take the rims wherever I buy the tires and have them mounted to the tires. (Or whatever it's called hah)

Then you're probably looking to keep the 15" tire size. The factory 185/65/15's will fit on a 15x5 to a 15x6.5 wheel. There's a few 15x6.5 options here: http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda...es/Wheels.html

Heliums are extremely lightweight, as well. So, you should see an improvement in fuel economy.
