To be honest, I've had these for the longest and they're fore sale in the SoCal classified but don't know what car they go to honestly haha so I need a little help. Anything that can help me to figure out what car they go to. I was thinking a DA but still not sure on the year specific since people are asking and maybe it'll help me with my sale if I know a bit more. Thanks in advance!

All '90 to '93 Integras, whether DA or DB.
Those rear ones were a dealer-install-only option when new, and not everybody bought them. I did buy them; they were $100 the set, as I recall (would have to dig up the original sales invoice from April 1991 to be sure).
Since the rears have been completely unavailable for 20-years and the fronts are getting scarce, you've got nice item on your hands.

The fronts are the same for all '90-'93 Integras.

Honda did change the bumper skins slightly for 1992, so I guess it's possible the '92-'93 rear flaps are different as well, but I don't think so. The rears in your pictures are dead-nuts identical to the ones on my '91. Mine are original to the car from 1991. I know because I bought the car new and I specifically had the flaps installed as part of the purchase contract (yeah, I'm probably older than your dad).
