Hey all, I was wondering what else I should replace when I am inside my engine with the head off. Anything?

 

Water pump, tensioner, all belts.

 

I did my intake & exhaust manifold gasket too. My machine shop wants the cam taken out of the head before they mill it flat, so you might as well do valve stem seals while your in there.

 

All of your Coolant will be drained, so you might as well replace the thermostat while you are at it. Also, I would replace the Valve cover gasket and spark plug seals.

Hopefully your block doesn't have any hairlines crack that will show themselves after you get the engine running.

 

cracks are pretty unlikely. above posters nailed it, at the very least timing belt, pump, tensioner.
