Default 91 dx water in oil and oil in spark plug tubes

As the title says the problem, any idea what seals need to be replaced or the cause of the problem? Also I know there is pressure building in the crank casing popping plug 1 and 4's wire up. Any help with my problem will be much appreciated.

Water in oil = cracked head, blown headgasket, or cracked block. Oil in spark plug tubes can be due to excessive crankcase pressure stemming from blow-by or spark plug tube seals need replaced.
