I recently purchased an 89 CRX Si project, and the previous owner has absolutely chopped the under dash harness up. I can't seem to find any resources to help me figure out what does what, and I'd really like to get started reconnecting and relooming this harness. Anyone happen to have any resources available to help me out with that? I can't find one to purchase so it seems like this is my only option.

I just wanted to mention that the under dash harness is rarely modified so it will be hard to find info on fixing it outside of the official helms manual (not chiltons or any other). Alternately you can look at the junk yard for an identical model and take its harness.

I know its a bit late but other peoples project cars can be a real headache to iron out. Hopefully thats your only issue.

 

It truly is a headache. I bought it without an engine/transmission simply because the body on it is great. No rust, no damage, clear title. Interior is in great condition, just missing door panels. I'm not sure why they cut up the harness so much, but its quite obnoxious. I managed to find a junkyard that has one, I just have to go take a look and see if the complete harness is there. Otherwise, I'll be basically redoing the harness myself.
