Just got carbon fiber trunk for my Crx what glass should i use??

Default Just got carbon fiber trunk for my Crx what glass should i use??

I just order a vis cf trunk for my crx..i look in to flexite rear glass and its 400 bucks for it which is high..is there anyother companies that make light wieght window besides flexite or does anyone have other suggestions??

The factory hatch itself is not heavy, it is the glass that is heavy.
Best advice I can give is you would be better off staying with the factory hatch, and replacing the heavy glass with plexi. Would have been MUCH cheaper and same results.

Definitely just leave it off until you can afford to get the flexite. Well worth it.

Get rid of the CF hatch and do this!

I love carbon fiber parts and had my share but they hate UV rays. I wouldnt buy any other parts, other than a hood because of the big upkeep. I now wax the cf hood regularly and cover with a light colored cover after spraying 6 coats of clear and cutting and buffing because of first signs of UV damage. Pain in the ***!!!!!!!!!!!
