I see the right and left side are unbalanced let alone the front and rear side in terms of height. What could the exact problem be -possible reason too- and thus the estimate?
Or is it not a serious one?
I'm trying to buy this one and I want to know how to deal with this point with him.

 

First question, is the suspension stock? If it as adjustable coil overs it could be simply out of adjustment.

If it's stock did someone do a repair on that corner?

Personally I would want to measure the rear suspension members to see if something is bent.
