Fuel pump lags to prime.
I have a '95 eg civic hatch with a b series swap. Just the other day my wally 255 has been lagging to prime. Ive looked up and down online on forums and found a few answers. I changed the main relay by my left foot, nothing. Took apart ignition switch, and the connections look new. I am also loosing full fuel pressure after about 2 hours or so after the car has been sitting. I am stumped...
My tach has always had its jiggles here and there. My aem wideband is hooked up to my radio for power, and my alarm has been finicky ever since the laggy fuel pump issue.
Just throwing out some extra info.
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this thread has been covered. If it has, please post a link. Thank you.

By the way, after the key has been turned to the spot where the fuel pump usually primes, i have to leave the key in that spot for 3-15 minutes. Depending when my pump decides to prime, or receive power.
31 & 24 fuses are good. But my 32 was cracked, probably my alarm. Its a 7.5. I cleaned and ee installed the G101 ground. And my ecu works fine, as it has been working well in other cars.

Does it run after a delay or not at all? The pump should run immediately and continuously, if key is in ON(II) and either A7 or A8 in unplugged ECU connector A is grounded. What color are the A7 and A8 wires that you are grounding in ECU connector A? Can you post a picture? How are you grounding them?
