Default Front wheel pushed back

Okay so i was playing in the snow and slid into a curb with my right front wheel doing about 15-20mph at about a 30deg angle, and the wheel was turned so it was basically parallel to the curb. The wheel was pushed back about 2.5" towards the rear of the car. I took it to a mechanic where they replaced tie rod, strut, ball joint and a few other things. i havent gotten the ticket yet so im not 100% sure what all was done, it cost me $500. He called and said that the wheel is still about 1/2" back and it pulls to the right even after an alignment. He said hed been all over the car trying to figure out what was up but couldnt find anything. The guy is pretty good so i trust his work and what he says so what is going on? any ideas?

btw, its a 1993 integra gs 5sp if that helps at all.

This happened to my old ef civic during a drunk driving incedent. Lessons learned. I had a bent lower control arm, and even after that was replaced it was still back. My guess is that your radius arm (traction bar) on that side got pulled back a little bit from the bushings in the front subframe.

Bent lower arm or "frame" bent where lower arm connects, can't really be anything else.

If the lower arm was not replaced, that is where I would look, it would not have to be bent very much, [very little] especially if the bend is at it's connection point to the "frame" to most likely place for it to bend when hitting a curb. 94

Sounds like a pretty decent mechanic because that is standard dealership procedure. Basically just replace suspension parts until it straightens out. Had the same problem with our racecar, but it was because someone turned down into it on the track. Bent the core support, frame rail, shock, lca, spindle, uca, front crossmember, and the rear beam(thing the steering rack is bolted to). Basically every suspension component on the front left side, the frame rail, the core support, and the two beams.

My guess is that the rear beam is bent. It will bend before the lca bends.

Okay so i got the ticket today, and the full parts list is as follows:

Lower Control Arm
Strut
Inner Tie Rod
Ball Joints associated with parts above.

He said everything else looks fine, could it still be the radius arm? if so, how expensive is that to fix?

If the Lower Control Arm has been replaced and the wheel is still biased rearwards, then the only possible causes are a crushed radius rod bushing and distorted radius-rod washer, or a damaged front crossmember.

When the front-end is off the ground, can the LCA be levered forwards and backwards by hand with evident looseness?

Has anybody tried measuring the distance from the radius rod mounting bolts on the LCA and where the rod disappears into the front crossmember? (both sides, for comparison)

Has anybody inspected the front of the front crossmember (remove bumper) to see if the radius rod mounting is distorted in any way compared to the undamaged side?

Is the damaged side's radius rod washer concave or otherwise non-flat?

Is the undamaged-side radius rod poking out of its crossmember recess a lot more than the other?
