98 ex: lost control on ice & hit curb. bad wheel bearing?
just as the title says. a few nights ago, i lost control on a icy street. i was only going about 5 mph.most of the impact was on my rear drivers side wheel, with a tiny bit of rebound on the front wheel. i bought a new steelie, which happens to be slightly bent and only has about 35% tread. my steering wheel is crooked now, and over 40mph my rear left side makes a noise. when i turn sharply to the right, the noise becomes louder, but no noise when i turn to the left. when i removed the wheel, i saw no bent parts or any signs of damage, and there was no play in the wheel when i wiggled it. but i dont want to rule out a bad wheel bearing.
any help is appreciated, and thanks in advance.

if steering wheel is now crooked then something got messed up on the front drivers side wheel.
wheel bearing, tie rod, steering rack, lower or upper knuckle ball joint, any of those could be bad. Extreme case would have a damaged knuckle or control arm
As for the left rear wheel making noise there's not much back there so it should be easy to troubleshoot.
If sound gets louder the faster you go, sounds like a wheel bearing. Nothing else spins back there.
You have trailing arm bushings, lower control and upper control arms bushings. Those are fixed and the inserts twist so nothing is actually spinning other than the hub/bearing, rotor and wheel.
