I own a 95 civic dx 1.5L that wasn't getting fuel at times when I tried to start it. I replaced the master relay and the fuel pump because the fuel pump wasn't turning on when the key was engaged. I thought the problem was fixed but it started doing the same thing all over again. Seems to start fine when it is very cold outside,but when it rains or starts to get warmer it will just turn over but not start. I also do not hear the fuel pump turn on when the key is turned to start. Could it be the ignition switch or ECU? I hope someone has seen this problem before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Clean and tighten the G101 ground on the thermostat housing.

If the problem persists, swap in a known good ECU.

 

What is your history with the car? How long have you owned it? How long was it driving well before it starting acting up? Is this civic stock? Original ECU?
