Default Cel Code trouble?

whats up guys so i was driving my 94 CX hatch with D15B and the hesitatated onmy on the freeway and bogged down and then regaind power and threw a cel. stoped at my friend to check it out it threw out these codes, then after when i was driving home i decided to go wop since the freeway was empty and then the car complety lost power similar as it would if the govenor kicked in but after it got power back it would only rev up to 3.5 rpm was weird?
cel code 41- pirmary oxygen sensor
cel code 16- fuel injector system

obvious anwser would be that there bad and need replacing but i dont think thats the case

any ideas? i have another set of injectors and o2 im switch tommorw and see if it helps

Fix the 02 code by testing the 02 and replacing if necessary and it should fix you injector code as well.

If your main relay was buzzing check your ground terminal on your thermostat housing to make sure it has a cleaning mating surface and the bolt is tight. What engine harness did you use? Is your 02 sensor one wire or 4 wire? What ecu are you using?
